SPG will provide a list of all available facilities in your preferred destination(s); including details on rate availability, date availability, function space availability and cost, information on applicable fees and charges, etc. You will be able to make an educated decision on the ideal venue/hotel for your next event. Once the facility is selected SPG will assist with the contract negotiations and present to you a fair and considerate contract for review.

This is a complimentary service to our clients. SPG can offer the expert contract negotiating skills Event Planners need in order to produce a fair hotel contract. After the final contract has been negotiated SPG will provide a cost savings report to show the many ways in which your company saved thousands of dollars on the hotel bill, which typically makes up 80% of an event budget. From aggressive attrition and cancellation policies to concession offerings such as suite upgrades and complimentary rooms, SPG provides its clients with the expertise to negotiate a favorable contract.
